Whistleblower System
PFG relies on the support of its employees and contractual partners to comply with laws and internal regulations. Abuses must be uncovered in order to prevent potential damage to the company and to protect employees and third parties. At Popken Fashion Group, all employees are responsible for immediately reporting risks or violations of laws and internal regulations. We also expressly encourage our customers, business partners and other third parties to report violations, anomalies and risks.
The Popken Fashion Group's Compliance Department (compliance@popken.de) is available as a point of contact for whistleblowers. This department fulfils the requirements for internal reporting offices in accordance with the HinSchG.

We assure you that every report made in good faith will be treated confidentially and respectfully. Whistleblowers will be protected from possible retaliation.
Popken Fashion Group evaluates every report of risks or compliance violations, including in the following:
Violations of national and international law
Violations of the PFG Code of Conduct or PFG Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners
Complaints related to human rights and environmental risks
